Resist Scrap Bundle - Antique Indigo
Medium weight: suitable for quilting, bag-making, mending, patch pockets, interior projects, etc
Handwoven cotton antique fabric scraps that were prepared with a resist paste and a handcut stencil. They were made before commercial acid dyes came in to mass use, using natural botanical indigo
The images are an example of a bundle, not exactly the pieces you will receive. Each bundle is unique, contains a variety of imagery, sizes and dye shades and we do not offer custom requests on them. They are a surprise :)
As they are made from homespun natural fibers and handwoven on a wooden loom, there are slubs and thread skips in the weave- but these imperfections are what we believe make it more beautiful.

Natural dyes often bleed in the wash, please wash with similar fabrics, or separately. Use cold water to wash, hang to dry
