These towels are handmade from an ancient heirloom variety of cotton that is rain-fed and grown organically. The cotton yarns are unbleached and naturally dyed before being handwoven by a cooperative of artisans that has been creating this cotton for generations.
The brown is dyed with Acacia wood, and the white is unbleached/undyed.
All of our textiles are sourced ourselves. We love the soft hand-loomed cotton and the imperfections that come from hand spinning and dye variation.
