Simple top-down knit with braid detailed cables at the raglan shoulders. Designed to be a little over sized with 10-12” positive ease. The body and sleeves are written without shaping until they taper slightly in before the rib.

Designed with Mamy Factory Petite Cherie, an aran weight angora/merino but would work well with most aran weight yarns, particularly those with more than single ply as they make the cables pop. You could also make this with 2 strands of yarn held together - I would recommend combining a mohair or angora lace weight with a wool worsted.

Intended ease: The sweater is worked with 10 - 12” positive ease. For example, a size M with a bust if 36” will have a finished bust of 48” circumference (24” flat). Which is 12” of positive ease, if you wish to have a more fitted sweater size down.
